Since 1983, Erickson has returned every refundable deposit upon reoccupation of an apartment home. And neither you nor your heirs will have to sell your home in order to retrieve this asset, because we will see that it is reoccupied as soon as possible.
Moreover, you avoid a long list of costs that are typically associated with the purchase and subsequent resale of a house or condo - agent commissions, settlements, transfer taxes, and other out-of-pocket expenses.
