Joining the Grant’s Farm Manor Priority List is the first step to securing your new home.

• As a Priority List member, you get the first opportunity to reserve any new homes offered at Grant’s Farm Manor. The earlier you join, the more likely you are to get the exact home in the location you want.
• With only a limited number of homes under development, demand will quickly exceed supply. Now is the time to become a member to secure your spot.
• Your risk-free, refundable $1,000 deposit* is all you need to become a Priority List member. It’s fully refundable, so if you decide to move to Grant’s Farm Manor, your $1,000 will automatically count toward the entrance deposit you put up for your new home (which is also 100% refundable). Should you change your mind, your deposit will be returned to you. (There is a nonrefundable $150-per-person processing fee to join the list.)
