Fitness made fun

Swimming isn’t the only way to stay physically fit at Greenspring retirement community. The on-site Fitness Center includes Keiser air resistance machines, NuStep equipment treadmills, recumbent bikes, and free weights. Exercise can be much more fun with great friends, so Greenspring offers group classes such as water aerobics and tai chi.
