When you join the Priority List, you gain access to Brenda Weaver, your Personal Moving Consultant  and “point person” for Erickson Realty & Moving Services. At your request, she will come to your current home and assess all your needs. After creating a detailed plan, your move team will oversee every aspect of your move to Monarch Landing. This cutting-edge program is unique to Erickson and free of charge.

Here’s what Erickson Realty & Moving Services offers:

Real estate services Erickson Realty & Moving Services has hundreds of licensed real estate professionals for you to choose from—top agents who have already had proven success in your market. It all starts with an objective market analysis of your house. We may also suggest home improvements, staging techniques, and curb appeal recommendations to help you sell faster and for a good price.
Downsizing services Don’t worry; the things you really love are coming with you. We can help with furniture placement tips and space saving ideas that will make your new home feel like home. And for all those things you can’t remember why you kept, we can offer advice and refer you to specialists who make downsizing easy that have already helped hundreds of people with this process.
Administrative and financial services Specializing in peace of mind, Erickson Realty & Moving Services can help schedule meetings and assist with paperwork; offer settlement planning assistance, even give advice on funding and payment options.
Moving services We offer referrals and direct supervision of skilled packers and moving companies. We’ll supervise the move-out and clean-up along with the move-in, unpacking, and even help with decorating. So you can spend your time having fun.
“Move on Us” program Using Erickson Realty & Moving Services and the proven professionals in our network is completely voluntary. But if you do use our preferred real estate professionals to sell your house, we’ll reimburse up to $3,000 of your approved moving expenses after you’ve moved to Monarch Landing.
