Fitness made fun

Swimming isn’t the only way to stay in tip-top shape at Riderwood. The on-site Fitness Center includes Keiser air resistance machines, NuStep equipment treadmills, recumbent bikes, and free weights. And because exercise can be even more fun with great friends, Riderwood offers a full schedule of group classes like water aerobics.
